Marketing and Digital Internship
Marketing and Digital interns have the opportunity to working closely alongside the Marketing Officer and Digital Communications Manager performing tasks vital to the operations of the department. The position also provides insight into how these activities contribute to the wider Communications strategy, through liaison with the Press and Communications Manager.
You will work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing Officer. Hours 10am – 4pm (with an hour for lunch), 3 days per week. Internships are unpaid but travel up to £10 per day will be reimbursed.

We recruit interns on a rolling basis with interviews every three months. Please submit your application and we will consider you in the next round.
Education Department Work Experience
The Education Department offers up to six internships a year, between the periods listed below:
January – April (Applications due by 1 November)
May – August (Applications due by 1 March)
September – December (Applications due by 1 July)
Interns undertake a range of tasks and are vital to the smooth running of the Department.

The Communications Department offers three month internship focusing on press and PR throughout the year. Applications are received on a rolling basis.
The Development Department offers a 3 - 6 month internship throughout the year.
You will work alongside the Curatorial Collections Manager, Assistant Curator and the Curatorial Fellow to assist with the care and administration of the collection.
Work Experience for Secondary School students
Work experience placements for secondary school students offer young people the opportunity to develop a range of skills that contribute to their future employability. Students assist in the Art Room and help teachers and artists with their workshops.
