InSet sessions can be arranged to take place at the Gallery, in your school or other training venue.
We welcome groups of up to 15 teachers or trainees or other staff.
These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of your teaching staff or trainee teachers.
You will learn how:
- use paintings as teaching and learning resources,
- to stimulate dialogue around paintings,
- and how to incorporate a practical art activity into your teaching.
A professional artist will share easy-to-replicate and imaginative lessons that integrate art into the curriculum.
£150 for half-day
£300 for full-day
Sessions are booked by arrangement. Please contact the Schools Programme Manager on 020 8299 8731 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
“I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank yourself and all the other colleagues who once again worked so hard to provide such a wonderful experience for our University of Greenwich Early Years students.
The time and thought put into the workshop and guided tours of the gallery as so meaningful, and in the past have led to inspired practice in our students’ settings and schools, with the added benefit that children are provided with exciting and creative experiences that in some cases are life changing” University of Greenwich Lecturer.
