Our Vision
Dulwich Picture Gallery is a world
class institution and an international destination for anyone who
loves fine art. Its aim is to make fine art accessible to
everyone.
The mission of the American Friends of
the Dulwich Picture Gallery is to realise this vision – to further
relationships and cultural exchange between Dulwich Picture Gallery
and its many American friends and supporters.
The American Friends of Dulwich
Picture Gallery welcomes gifts from individuals, foundations and
corporations who wish to secure the success of the Gallery. We
invite you to join us.
The American Friends of Dulwich
Picture Gallery is a not-for-profit corporation under US law,
exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c) (3) of the
Internal Revenue Code 1986, and is incorporated in Delaware.
Contributions to AFDPG are usually tax-deductible to the extent
allowed by law.
Individual Programs:
Gainsborough
Circle
• VIP tours with the curator and
reception with the Director for three exhibitions each year
• Two special “after hours” visits to
other collections or museums each year
• Free admission to the Gallery and
its exhibitions.
Rembrandt Circle
• Invitation to the annual Desenfans
black-tie dinner in the Gallery
• A trip abroad, at cost, providing
special access to private collections and public galleries
• Private views for each new
exhibition with a curator led tour
• Exclusive access to the Gallery,
Curator and Collection
• Two annual visits to other
galleries, private collections or artists’ studios
• Free admission to the Gallery and
its exhibitions
PLUS:
• Invitations to any special American
DPG events in the US and the UK

Benefactor
All benefits of the Rembrandt Circle
plus additional exclusive benefits including:
• Opportunity to host a private
Curator-led tour of the Gallery for up to ten guests
• Free and exclusive use of historic
galleries, Linbury Room, Café, and/or gardens for a reception or
dinner at cost
