Victoria Station - West Dulwich Station (the Orpington
line, Travelcard Zone 3) - 13 minutes

Turn right out of West Dulwich station and take the
first left, Gallery Road. Walk to the end of the
road, the Gallery is on the right hand side
London Bridge - North Dulwich (Travelcard Zones 2 and 3) -
13 minutes

to plan your journey). Turn left out of North Dulwich station and
walk through Dulwich Village to the Gallery.
Please do not alight at East Dulwich station, it is a
long distance from the Gallery.
You can use Oyster Pay as you go on National
Rail Services Zones 1 - 9.
Road
April/May 2010 - Roadworks
Southwark Council will be carrying out extensive roadworks on
Gallery Road during April and May 2010. This work will be
creating free permanent parking bays suitable for our
visitors. There is alternative parking in Dulwich Park within
their opening hours and some residential roads in the vicinity of
the Gallery offer free parking with no
restrictions. There is also parking in Belair Park at
the corner of the South Circular and Gallery Road. Please be
aware that the roadworks may cause delays in approaching Dulwich
Village during this time.
The Gallery is in Dulwich Village, sandwiched between
College Road and Gallery Road,
both have turnings off the South Circular Road, the
A205.
• If you park on Gallery Road, please observe
the parking restrictions even though parking is free on this road.
There are demarcation lines on one side which allows you to
partially park on the pavement. Everywhere else you MUST NOT park
on the pavement or you will be subject to a parking fine. The
single white lines on other areas of the road do
not indicate that you cannot park.
• There is also free parking on some parts of
College Road and also in Dulwich Park (please take note of the
closing times for the park, which is on the gates)
• Disabled parking spaces are available by
driving through the Gallery gates on Gallery Road into a parking
area. Please do not obstruct the entrance so that emergency
vehicles have access at all time.
• There is no dedicated coach park. Coaches are
requested to let passengers alight at the Gallery and park up the
road, allowing access to the front of the Gallery.
Bus

the Gallery café. Catch it across the road from
Brixton tube (Brixton to Lewisham via Forest Hill and the
Horniman Museum)
• 3 to West Dulwich Station
(from Crystal Palace bus station to Oxford Street). Alight
at Thurloe Park Road/South Circular Stops along
Croxted Road at the intersection with Thurlow Park Road (the
South Circular) - 1 minute from West Dulwich.
• 37 to North Dulwich Station
(from Putney to Peckham)
• P13 to Dulwich College on South Circular from
(Bermondsey to West Norwood)
