Dulwich Picture Gallery congratulates illustrator Jonathan Burton, winner of the What Are You Like? competition, whose work was put on display alongside the celebrity works at the Gallery from December 18 - January 18.

What Are You Like? September 9 2008 - January 18 2009

...and the winner is....Jonathan Burton

Entrants to the competition were invited to create their own 'self-portrait' using the same method as the artists whose work featured in the What Are You Like? exhibition at Dulwich Picture Gallery, curated by the House of Illustration.

Artists were encouraged to create a portrait which revealed their personality rather than replicate their physical appearance - by selecting a group of their favourite things from weather to food to pet aversion.
