The Linbury room is a versatile space – perfect for meetings, lectures and presentations, celebrations, evening dinner parties and relaxed lunches. Outside there is an elegant and contemporary glass cloister overlooking the gardens which provides an ideal mingling space with room for a bar and floral displays.

The Linbury Room

This room is named in honour of Lord Sainsbury of Preston Candover KG, Honorary Patron of the Gallery, and his wife Lady Anya Sainsbury.

The Linbury Room is top lit by natural or artificial light with complete blackout blinds. Updated with the latest audio visual technology and operated by Crestron Touch Panel, the following equipment is included in the room hire:

• 5000 lumen ceiling mounted projector
• Transportable stand-alone 32" plasma screen with speakers
• DVD, video, MP3 Player and surround sound speaker system
• Dedicated laptop provided
• Adjustable media, lighting and volume via touch panel
• Large motorised screen
• Audience & lapel microphones
• 2 stands and flip charts
• Built-in induction loop
• Fully air conditioned

Timings
Monday – Sunday: 8am – midnight

The Gallery’s alcohol and entertainment license runs until 11pm.
The hire period is until midnight.

Timings are flexible and subject to availability
