Have you ever met a Moomin? Now’s your chance! Polka Theatre’s Moomin puppets have come out of hibernation especially to say hello! Enjoy a one-on-one experience meeting these beloved creatures and of course Polka Theatre’s skilful puppeteers!
Store Places for Love
10am - 5pm
Writing about her Christmas traditions as a child, Jansson described her family’s glass bauble as “store places for love”. Now it’s your turn to fill a bauble with trinkets and messages of love for friends and family.
Dear Santa Claus
10am - 5pm
Have you written your letter to Santa Claus yet? Help yourself to some materials, and write and decorate your letter to him – maybe you’ll even get a reply…
Snorkmaiden Style
10am - 5pm
Style yourself like Snorkmaiden and make a flower crown to wear proudly. The Sackler Centre is our designated quiet space, where you can make a crown and take a break from the busyness of the gallery.

Make Some Noise

Explore the art of creating sound for film with the School of Noise. Make your own soundtrack for a piece of Moomin film and play it back!
