InTown Lecture: The Fabric of India – a major exhibition at the V&A
India’s textiles have been renowned worldwide for centuries, but this exhibition is the first to focus on the making of Indian textiles, as well as their use and history, from the earliest surviving pieces to the fabrics of the present day.
The exhibition at the V&A runs from 3 October 2015 - 10 January 2016, and is curated by Rosemary Crill and Divia Patel
