Gift Aid

By gift aiding you can support the work of the Gallery at no cost to yourself.

Dulwich Picture Gallery receives no money from the government and we rely on our supporters to continue our work.

Gift Aid is a government scheme which allows charities to claim from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) 25p from the tax you pay for every £1 you donate. This is claimed directly from HMRC by the charity and costs you nothing.

Gift Aid on tickets

If you’re not a member we offer you two choices of entry ticket:

  • Donation ticket
  • Standard ticket

It’s entirely up to you which you choose. If you would prefer to pay for a standard entry ticket please just let the team know.

How Donation tickets help us

Donation tickets include a 10% or more voluntary donation which all goes to supporting the collection and our work. By adding this donation the government allow us to reclaim a further 25% on the full value of your ticket.

An extra £2 donation is worth £7 to Dulwich Picture Gallery

*Gift Aid donations must be supported by a valid Gift Aid declaration, and a Gift Aid declaration can only cover donations made by an individual for him/herself and members of his/her family.
