Christmas Raffle

Each raffle entry gives you the chance to walk in the footsteps of Anna Ancher with a trip to North Denmark, including Aalborg and Skagen (courtesy of VisitDenmark), and other incredible prizes, from posters, theatre tickets, training sessions at the local golf and tennis club, Friends Memberships and more.

All tickets sold will directly support the Gallery’s work – helping us care for our Collection, stage trailblazing exhibitions, and create innovative outreach and learning projects.

Tickets cost £5 each and the Raffle will close on Monday 15th December 2025 at 23:59.

• Prizes are open to all UK residents living in Great Britain except employees of Dulwich Picture Gallery and VisitDenmark.
• Entrants must be 16 years of age or over.
• The star prize to Denmark must be taken by 31 December 2026, at dates of the winners choosing, subject to availability. Flexibility is available if the winner wishes to add an extra night or two, at their own cost. Certain dates are blocked-out. The museums in Skagen are not open year-round, so the trip dates should aim to be around the museums' open days.
• No cash alternative.

Gift Aid

Whilst your Raffle tickets are not Gift-Aid eligible, you can make a separate donation at the time of ticket purchase. You may add Gift Aid to your donation at no extra cost to you, this will increase your gift by 25p for every £1 you donate using Gift Aid.

Key Terms

1. To be eligible to purchase a Raffle Ticket, a person must be:
2. 16 years of age or over;
3. Be located in Great Britain;
4. Not be an employee of Dulwich Picture Gallery or VisitDenmark
5. Comply with these terms and conditions. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
6. Each raffle ticket will be sold for £5.
7. All tickets sold will support Dulwich Picture Gallery (Registered Charity No: 1171287).
8. The closing date for the Christmas Raffle 2025 is Monday 15th December 2025 at 23:59
9. Applications for raffle tickets received after the closing date will not be entered in the Christmas Raffle 2025.
10. The Raffle will be drawn on Tuesday 16th December 2025, 11am at: Dulwich Picture Gallery, Gallery Road, London, SE21 7AD.
11. The results of the Star Prize (1st prize) and other prizes will be drawn randomly.
12. The winner of the Star Prize will be notified by telephone where possible. All other winners will be notified in writing.
13. A complete list of winners will be available by visiting the Gallery’s website.
14. This raffle has been registered under the Gambling Act 2005 with Southwark County Council.

Star Prize Terms and Conditions

1. The prize as described is available on the date of prize draw. Should the prize, or elements of it, become unavailable, substitutes of equal value will be provided.
2. The star prize package comprises:

• 2 x return flights from the UK to Aalborg (via Copenhagen). The flights are economy and one check in suitcase per person.
• 4 nights’ accommodation (2 nights in Aalborg and 2 nights in Skagen). Based on two people sharing a double or twin room on a bed and breakfast basis.
• 1 x dinner in Aalborg (for two people)
• 1 x dinner in Skagen (for two people)
• Entry to Kunsten Museum of Modern Art in Aalborg
• Entry and guided tour of Skagens Museum incl. visit to Anna and Michael Ancher’s House.
• Train fares to/from Aalborg and Skagen

3. The star prize must be taken as one package.

4. The star prize is valid between January 1st 2026 and December 31st 2026.

5. The prize must be booked at least one month in advance of the winner’s desired travel dates. Travel dates are subject to availability, and certain dates are blocked out. More info once the winner is found. The museums in Skagen are not open year-round, so the trip dates should aim to be around the Museum’s open days. All elements of the tour is booked at the same time. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended in any way.  It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they and their guest each has a valid passport, any necessary visas and travel insurance for their trip.

6. The star prize does not include travel to/from the airports in the UK and Aalborg.

7. Any meals outside of the above listed are paid by the winner themselves.

8. All elements of the star prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

9. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of VISITDENMARK and Dulwich Picture Gallery.

10. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of VISITDENMARK. Accordingly, VISITDENMARK may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to VISITDENMARK as a result thereof.

11. If the winner needs special assistance before and during the trip it is the responsibility of the winner to plan accordingly to their travel needs.

12. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion.

13. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
