October Half-Term

This October half-term we are inviting you to join us as on a spooky Ribera and Halloween inspired journey

Make a Monster (6-9 years)

23 & 24 October, 10am-12.30pm, £35 for the two days

Design and make a monster using paper cutouts, inspired by our spookiest paintings and then build a mini stage-set for it to haunt.

Grotesque (10-12 years)

25 & 26 October, 10am-12.30pm, £35 for the two days

In preparation for Halloween, make your own repulsive character inspired by ghoulish faces from the gallery. Learn to sculpt hideous gargoyles and funny figurines using clay and plaster.

Gory Stories (Suggested age: Brave 6 years and older)

23, 24, 25 & 26 October, 1.30pm & 3pm each day, £10 per adult; children free (adult to child ratio 1:2)

Get in the Halloween mood with gory stories from the Crick Crack Club, exploring paintings by Ribera.

Grim Ghouls (All ages welcome)

23, 24, 25 & 26 October, 2-4pm each day, £8 adults; children free

Drop-in and make a ghoulish mask, taking inspiration from our Ribera exhibition to make it as spooky as possible
