Join curator Kathleen Soriano and artist Kristina Õllek for a thought-provoking conversation exploring how new technologies are reshaping the world we live in today.
What does technology really mean for the way we live and what does it cost the planet?
Join exhibition curator Kathleen Soriano and artist Kristina Õllek for an engaging conversation that unpacks the hidden stories behind new technologies from their geopolitical tensions to their ecological impact and how they shape our everyday environment.
Õllek has created a powerful site-specific installation in the Gallery Mausoleum in response to the work of Konrad Mägi, opening up a dialogue between past and present. In this talk, you’ll hear directly from the artist about her creative process, the environmental questions driving her work, and how art can help us imagine more hopeful futures.
Expect insight, fresh perspectives and plenty to think about long after the conversation ends.
Entry to the exhibition Konrad Mägi is included with the talk.
