Enjoy a relaxing experience with your baby, using yoga to tone, stretch, strengthen, relax and release. No previous yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this new form of bonding with your child. Suitable for women after a satisfactory post-birth six or eight week check-up, and for babies able to crawl, but not walk.
