Tour of Sir John Soane’s Museum and Platinum Jubilee Celebrations Exhibition
This tour of Sir John Soane's extraordinary home will be led by an expert member of staff and will take in the Museum's ground and first floor drawing rooms, including the famous picture rooms featuring works by Canaletto, Turner and Hogarth's "The Election" series.
The tour will provide a fascinating insight into Soane’s work and family life and the stories behind some of his many treasures. After the tour there will be an opportunity to explore the "Platinum Jubilee Celebrations" exhibition with a display of royal memorabilia commemorating coronations and jubilees, from cups and plates to hairpins and bunting.
