Accessibility and Facilities
All areas of the Gallery are on one level. Please note, however, that neither West Dulwich nor North Dulwich railway stations have step-free access.
If you are coming as a young family have a look at our family facilities.
We have a small car park for disabled use only. It can be accessed from Gallery Road.
Parking is free on Gallery Road.
Public toilets, including a unisex accessible toilet, are located in the corner of the glass cloister next to the Linbury Room.
Folding portable stools are available in the Gallery, please ask a member of staff for assistance. Visitors are welcome to sit on the green upholstered benches in the Gallery. Wooden benches are situated throughout the Gallery and grounds.
The Gallery has wheelchairs available for visitors to borrow during your visit. To book a wheelchair in advance of your visit please contact us on 020 8299 8703 or by email.
Free entry for Carers
If you are purchasing a concession ticket as a disabled visitor, you are entitled to a complimentary ticket for your carer. You can purchase your ticket at the admissions desk on arrival, or to bypass this desk you can book online.
An induction loop operates in the Linbury Room, Art Room, ticket desks, Friends desk and Gallery shop.
We welcome guide, hearing and assistance dogs in all areas of the Gallery. Water bowls are available on request from the Gallery Café.
If you have particular needs in the event of emergency evacuation please inform staff at the ticket desk when you arrive.
Visitors are encouraged to take photographs throughout the permanent collection and share them with the Gallery via Facebook or Twitter
Enjoy our free Wifi in the Gallery.
Free lockers are available in the main entrance as you enter the ticket hall. In order to preserve the collection backpacks and suitcases are not permitted in the Gallery.
