An introduction to wood engraving and the tools, techniques and skills required to make a print from a wood block. We will examine the Gallery’s Dutch and Flemish paintings, paying particular attention to their use of detail and brightness. The course includes clear instruction, demonstrations, group and one-to-one tuition in a lively and friendly atmosphere.
