Setting the Scene: Model-Making from Sargent’s Fragments

Three Sundays from 28 May to 11 June

Learn a new skill and immerse yourself in the world of set design. You will be guided through the basics of model-making, taking inspiration from scenes in Sargent’s watercolour paintings. Using the traditional ‘model-box’ technique, by the end of this course you will have created a scale model of a particular image in our Sargent exhibition.
