Ceramic Painting – Bud Vase

Claire's work is stitched together from a joyful patchwork of inspirations - folklore, seasonal rhythms, and tiny everyday moments. She is passionate about carving out pockets for creativity in our busy lives and encourages you to take time to pick up a brush, play with colour, and let creativity lead the way.

You will start by practicing some designs on paper, before moving on to paint your vase using specialist ceramic glazes. Claire will be there to guide you throughout the session, offering tips and tricks to help you create your beautiful piece.

Tickets include:

• a ceramic-painting workshop led by Claire Sherston
• 1 pre-fired ceramic vase
• use of Claire's underglazes and materials
• a top-coat glazing and final firing at Claire's studio
• the return of your vase to the Gallery 2-3 weeks later for you to collect
