Willow & Basketry Workshop

Under the guidance of basketmaker, Katie from Twinefolk, you’ll learn traditional basketry techniques, including 3-rod waling, pairing, and dropping a border.

Using sustainable willow grown in Somerset, you will craft a beautiful, eco-friendly bird feeder designed to blend seamlessly into any natural setting.

Suitable for complete beginners, you’ll leave with a unique, handmade garden feature and the skills to weave more. Join us to create something for your garden and its feathered visitors!

This workshop will be held in our Sculpture Garden, weather permitting. We have our Art Studio as a wet weather option.
