Using a series of poses (Asana) and breath work (Pranayama) Leonie Cronin’s practice of yoga will teach you how functional movements can bring awareness to your body.

By listening to the response of the body through a range of movement, effort and rest, you can discover habitual tensions, listen to your nervous system and learn how to move efficiently.

These friendly gentle classes invite you to explore your yoga without strain to your system, like all of Leonie’s classes, they are compassionate, non-competitive and welcome to all.

This is an attentive practice that carries yoga off the mat and into your daily life.
