Come along and join in our No Rules Late! Frankenthaler Festival of Colour. Experience Frankenthaler’s artworks being animated through music, creative workshops and more, with a refreshing drink in hand!
Across the evening explore colour and collaborate, layering up techniques from different workshops, experimenting with abstract art and experimental techniques to create your own unique art pieces. Explore colour field painting, sewing to create abstract landscapes and many other workshops. Play with colour to create your own colourful costumes and parade to create a carnival of colour around the Gallery. See original artworks, performances and pop-up talks from Camberwell College of Art Painting students, inspired by Frankenthaler. Plus, enjoy an eclectic DJ set from Balamii Radio's Played by Dil.
Across the evening layer up techniques from different workshops to create unique art pieces inspired by our Helen Frankenthaler: Radical Beauty exhibition.
All workshops and activities are Free (ticketed, advance booking essential) however this does not include entry to the exhibition. This can be booked in advance, or a small number of tickets will be available on the door.
