Art and Play
Explore the world of art and play in these outdoor sensory sessions around the Wiggle Wonderland pavilion.
Art and Play sessions will invite us to explore art, nature and the world around us. The sessions will also introduce families to some of the activities which will feature in our new children’s play space (coming soon as part of Open Art), you will also have the opportunity to share your ideas for the design and content to best fit the needs of your families.
Booking
This event is free, booking is advised.
You may book a maximum of 5 tickets per family per time-slot online. Sold out? Please drop in to the workshop at the gallery as there will be a limited number of drop in spaces available on the day.
Event information
- These activities are aimed at under 8s and their families but all ages are welcome.
- These sessions will take place outside the Gallery in the Wiggle Land Pavilion. In the event of bad weather they will be in the Linbury Room (next to the café).

For seven weeks (July –September) we will install the temporary Wiggle Wonderland pavilion, hosting events for families, schools and community groups. The Summer of Play will help us develop and test new family programme ideas and resources to best meet the needs of our community. Find out more.
