Dulwich Literary Festival: Ali Smith celebrates Tove Jansson

Join us for a very special evening with novelist Ali Smith, who will be discussing how she has been inspired by the art and writing of Tove Janssonfor whose many books she has written extraordinary introductions.

Ali Smith is the author of four collections of short stories and her novels include The Accidental, shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize and the Orange Prize, and How to be both, which won the Baileys Prize for Women’s Fiction, the Goldsmiths Prize and the Costa Novel Award and was shortlisted for the Man Booker and Folio Prize. Her latest books are Autumn, reflecting on Britain after the European Referendum of 2016, and Winter, which is published at the beginning of November.
